Paul t: NXTL would not be a mistake Ebbers is just usedto getting things his way. He can now buy NXTL at a decent price and have the best mobile unit in the world. He just has to learn that the competition is not standing still marvelling at how far he has come. As the other fellow said, however their customer relations with retail clientele reflects their pennywise and pound foolish attitude, Perhaps WCOM is really just cut out to be a wholesaler of trunk lines.
