Sigmatron can't tell you about "any potential bad news".

If the bad news isn't already certain, then they can't tell you. If the company is going to make "forward-looking statements" then they usually inform all shareholders.

Today even if there was bad news, they couldn't tell you, especially with the earnings report due next week. Finally, it could be information that Sigmatron isn't aware of yet- for example, only their customer might know that the bad news is coming (and the big money in the know).

So just because they tell you "No bad news to report." doesn't mean that there isn't bad news coming.

Now before you misunderstand me again, I didn't say that there is bad news coming. I simply am saying the company's denial statements are almost worthless in predicting if it is/isn't coming.

BTW there have been two block trades of SGMA today, both on downticks. One of 5000 and one of 10,000 shares.
