Why would these guys want to start up a Public company with all these assets get all these deals together and just when they get the ball rolling, they screw all there investors. I know this thing happens all the time but these are HIGH PROFILE people! Not some guys who keep moving there offices from Nevada to Florida. I really doubt that they want to be know as THE GUYS WHO SCREWED THOUSANDS OUT OF MILLIONS. It would not bode well the next time they wanted to get funding for a picture. GOBUS has been getting pictures made for years. No need for him to ruin his reputation and get hooked up with a penny stock scam.
