To add to brother Nemer's report,
In Houston we specialize in thunderstorms,I really think they do more damage than hurricanes ( minus the flooding at coastal areas)

Plus:

Great Seafood : shrimp oysters and fish
Great Sport fishing in the Gulf of Mexico
Great duck hunting
Best goose hunting (in Hal,s back yard)
Great deer hunting (Nemer must have 100 on his properties) vbg
More pick-ups than cars and bad traffic that wears them out(have to keep in mind I sell them for a living).More extended cabs than regular cabs and in east Texas I've got them craving a Dooley more than a Cadillac Lexus or Mercedes.

Now if that doesn't get you excited - there's got to be something wrong with you!!!!! HEHEHEHEHE
