Your Conclusion Is Bogus.
Your post does not established that MVEE has given away anything to G&G, because
you have glossed over either intentionally or unintentionally a key fact. The
fact you missed is that G&G brought a 40 film library to the company as part of
the deal. All of your numbers are based on the assumption that the library has
a value of zero and this is clearly not the case.

While the above is sufficient to shoot down your numbers without any
additional support. Your figures are also in error because you assume that
the percentages paid to G&G apply to all MVEE productions, they do not. The
percentages only apply to productions by one of the G's and the bulk of MVEE
productions to date have been by other persons.

You figures are also inaccurate because you assume both Gs into the future,
Globus is no longer with either MVEE or Magic, so projecting him as an expense
into the future is another error.
