Here's the latest. True or not true, you be the judge.

Background:

Motorola is a stuffed shirt. They step on little companies as people step on ants. M tried for two years to integrate with lonworks and had a great deal of trouble. The trouble is what brought them to alya. It appears tht alya has a platform that works pretty well with lonworks. However, M still gave poor little alya no slack. Alya had to wait weeks if not months for official contract or to release news about M, and then were able to say only what M allowed. M recently had a mini reorg and it became even more difficult for alya etc etc.

Story:

Another company has offered to invest $5m in alya. M does not want to lose control. So all of a sudden m got religion. M will probably make license payments and provide cash that alya needs to run the business. All this in addition to the contract for 20 buildings. Things are looking up.
