MIRACLE GROUP: 1st Miracle Group, Inc. to produce "After Sex" starring
Brooke Shields' which was distributed on M2 PressWIRE on 11/05/99
contained an error. The first sentence should read '1st Miracle Group,
Inc. (OTC BB: MVEE) today announced that it has secured the rights to
produce "After Sex" starring Brooke Shields.' The corrected version of

Los Angeles, CA -- 1st Miracle Group, Inc. (OTC BB: MVEE) today
announced that it has secured the rights to produce "After Sex"
starring Brooke Shields. The film, scheduled to begin production in
early June, will be distributed internationally through Cutting Edge
Entertainment, Inc. as part of First Miracle's recently announced
multi-picture agreement. The Company has already secured pre-sales of
$857,000 in only three foreign markets and anticipates additional
significant sales during this month's Cannes Film Festival.
Additionally, the Company is presently in discussions with several US
distributors.
"After Sex" is a touching romantic comedy which takes a look at what
happens when modern relationships enter that critical time...after sex.
At the center of the tale is Kate, played by Ms. Shields, who takes off
on a "girls only" weekend and explores the personal turmoil which
ensues after a wild night on the town.
Commenting on the film, Tony Cataldo, CEO of First Miracle, stated,
"After Sex" is a tremendous opportunity for First Miracle - one which
we believe has the potential to be our most high profile project
to-date. We are equally delighted to have Ms. Shields on board and
believe that her recent success in comedy on NBC's "Suddenly Susan"
should carry over well to the big screen.

including $857,500 in international pre-sales, Cutting Edge anticipates

The film will be produced by Randall Emmett and George Furla who
previously produced, for First Miracle, "Speedway Junky" starring Daryl
Hannah and Jonathan Taylor Thomas and "I'm Over Here" starring Andrew
"Dice" Clay, as well as "Escape to Grizzly Mountain" (which completed
production ten days ago) starring Dan Haggerty. "After Sex" will be
directed by Cameron Thor (director of "Shaded Places" starring
Christina Applegate and Molly Ringwald). The project is based on an
original screenplay by Thomas M. Kostigen.
First Miracle will be presenting "After Sex", "Speedway Junky", "I'm
Over Here", and another exciting project to be announced at the Cannes
Film Festival later this week.
