If they can't get it together real soon I would close the account and go elsewhere.

Schwab is nothing special these days. We pay above market rates for
mediocre service. I opened an account at Fidelity via the web and got an account number. Checked the access the next day in the morning and couldn't get into the site. I never funded the account because of that.

I put a few bucks at Datek and, although slow at times, it seems better than Schwab. I'm still looking for my dream broker. I just checked my Schwab account (10:39 pm) and the site is slow. It's even worse during market hours.

We can do better than Schwab.
