It isn't useless information at all. What facts have we learned?

1. Charlie Vaccaro (or Vaccarro, as you wish), is a Registered Broker with Gold Country Securities and is also the head of the Insider Trading Division at PABN/PRWT. We should examine any conflicts of interest that he surely has in this role. (Maybe though he is just a consultant like Larry Roof.)

2. He does not have extensive experience in the Securities Industry. His apparent involvement started in August 27, 1996. That gives him less than 3 years of experience.

3. He worked at a company that was, by the looks of it a subject of some administrative actions by the SEC. While he didn't work there during the period cited, his first job was in this environment nonetheless. They had offices in NY and Boca. IT has offices in NY and Boca. Coincidence? Perhaps. And no Gold Country Securities does not have any administrative actions that I see.

The question that this raises are just what is the relationship of Gold Country Securities with PABN? With the potential for related party transactions here, this has become a very interesting question. For instance, it explains why good ole Charlie had those applications for the various state licenses on his desk. He is Gold Country Securities, not just PABN.
