Asthe, it has already been documented by email from Larry Roof himself that he is providing consulting services to PABN. My involvement with PanAmerican BanCorp is in a consulting role acting as the Director of Research and Development. Along with my company, tonked incorporated, we are performing various research and development services for PanAm.
