(I never did believe that sorry story going around that PABN was able to acquire Access Wall Street for no money because they were shorting PRWT stock and the company took them over as a means to settle their short position.) Whoa. Now just a gosh darn minute. Would someone - anyone - like to explain how PABN acquired Wall Street Access. Yes, Yes, I can read and downthread I see at least two explanations, e.g., (1) the PABN took them over so that the could cover a short position in a friendly deal or (2) it was via court order. Are there more? Bag the flames - I would appreciate a clear, concise, chronological listing of the series of events that led to this transaction. ww
