So, you think it is a good and prudent thing to deal with knowledge? Yet you are the one who Prides himself on your choice to not call the company for information? What knowledge comes from the company? Did Charlie Vaccarro volunteer his experience at Greenway Capital (renamed Cortlandt Capital)? This is a fact that is verifiable. Has the company built 6000 homes in Belize? Financed with government guaranteed loans? That info came from the company. Did the company complete their merger with Realty Money Centers after saying that they had bee 100% acquired? That came from the company too. Whatever happened to these videophones? Weren't the possibilities only limited by imagination? That came from John Schmitz. Has this business idea died with Merv Rosenfeld? John Schmitz said last June that financials would be filed within 45 days. Did that happen? The list goes on. And you would equate talking to the company with knowledge? Hahahahahaha.
