"'We have established that according to the SEC and the company itself, PABN is the only source for authoritative information about the company.'

HAHAHAHAHAHA. That's what they would have you believe. But the SEC doesn't say that. Please show me the quote at their site. This is a non-reporting company anyway. Hahahahaha."

I see, so you think that the SEC considers information filed with it to be from 3rd parties and not from the companies about which the filings pertain. You declare that the SEC does not accept a company as the authoritative source for information about itself. Then you want me to provide you with a quote to the contrary because you cannot (of course) back up YOUR claim with any kind of quote.

Fascinating! Well, I hate to do this, but ONCE AGAIN today I have to prove you to be someone who has a problem "dealing with knowledge" and that you are misrepresenting the truth to the public who reads what you write:

sec.gov

"Corporate Reporting
Companies seeking to have their securities registered and listed for public trading on an exchange must file a registration statement with the exchange and the SEC. If they meet the size test described above, companies whose equity securities are traded over-the-counter must file a similar registration form. Commission rules prescribe the nature and content of these registration statements and require certified financial statements. These are generally comparable to, but less extensive than,
the disclosures required in Securities Act registration statements. Following the registration of their securities, companies must file annual and other periodic reports to update information contained in the original filing. In addition, issuers must send certain reports to requesting shareholders. Reports may be read at the SEC's public reference rooms, copied there at nominal cost, or obtained at reasonable rates from a copying service under contract to the SEC. Since May, 1996, virtually all corporate filings are available electronically as well as on the SEC's internet website <www.sec.gov>. [emphasis added] "

You see, I don't have a problem "dealing with knowledge." I don't have a problem going to the source to get the information. You REFUSE to do so, and as a consequence DO NOT KNOW what you are talking about:

"You have established nothing of the sort. You only said it. As we know saying it doesn't make it so."

Consider it established. Consider yourself proven once again to be a liar and exposed that you do not know what you are talking about. Consider, regarding your own ACCUSATIONS and DECEPTIONS that "saying it doesn't make it so."

The SEC does accept information from the Company about which the information pertains, in fact they REQUIRE it, as in "must file" above. You do not accept information from the company. That is a FACT. One which you are SO VERY proud of that you boast of it often.

Your continued lies, misrepresentations and deceptions concerning this company, its management and the SEC (SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC) are offensive to me. Please stop.
