So, now you have done a 180 and are in agreement with the SEC? GREAT then you, JUST LIKE THE SEC will WAIT PATIENTLY for the financials to be delivered WHEN THEY ARE DUE or possibly before. Is that right? You are in agreement with the SEC? You will be just as patient as they are?
