We'll need more shares for WCOM's purchase of BEL!!!!! You heard it here first!!!!! Excellent fit:

1. More customers to fill pipes.
2. Large wireless network without paying too much extra for it.
3. Can get synergies which will make the acquisition affordable.

Can thereafter fill in wireless through acquisition and buildout.

Of course, you might see an investment first due to the long distance restriction but I think a deal will and should be made. It makes alot of sense!
