Wow, you had to reach back over 13,000 posts on RB to find that one. Darn, I better be careful in the future about what I said in the past! OK, how about 4 days ago. ...All the shares in the subsidiaries names are in "escrow" accounts (in other words no one can get their hands on those shares and sell them). ragingbull.com LOLoud! Let me ask you a question. Got a car? I want to buy it from you. Name your price. I'll pay you in PABN shares. Of course, we have to put them in an "escrow" account. You can't touch them, can't borrow against them, can't do anything with them. I do get to use the car in the meanwhile and oh, if I run it into the ground and the engine blows, I'm going declare the deal off (you must have sold me a lemon) and reclaim the escrow. I'll give you back your car. So is this how PABN does all their "deals." ww p.s. Want to talk Form 10s?
