Just spoke to Carl. He notes that shareholders of VTPI just had their stock go up in value by about four times (the market capitalization of VTPI before the merger was about $1,000,000, whereas the value of International Voice Technologies Corp. before the merger was estimated to be about $4,000,000)-- thus, the spin off of CRI (VTPI's existing visual telephone business) at a 1 to 4 ratio for existing VTPI shareholders.

As to the press release error, the release was sent out and a correction followed, all before the market opened. The correction was simply not picked up by the wire service until later, after the initial press release. All on the up and up; but just one of those things. And as many have pointed out, if anyone bought in after the initial release and wanted out after the correction, they could have done so, at a profit. No harm, no foul folks!

Congratulations to Carl and Joel and all VTPI shareholders (except Mikey)!

Now goooo iVoice.com (IVOC)!!!
