Thank you. I have been doing my DD, but things get sketchy (but interesting...). So, if Ken Christian is Prez of First States, where does that put Leo Doyle? And does anyone know if there is a viable bank in Pennsylvania or is this just a paper deal? And do I have this right... Greenway, Cortlandt and Gold Country Securities are essentially the same, i.e. they occupy the same office space, same phone numbers, same people (Vaccarro) etc....? Everyone's help in understanding this is appreciated. Pat
