The closing date for shareholders of record is Friday the 21st.. Anyone looking to add to their position or to get back in if you previously sold to take advantage of the "spin off" have until Friday. COMMUNICATIONS RESEARCH, INC. (CRI), VTPI's wholly-owned subsidiary, will become a separate and autonomous publicly-traded entity and will distribute one share of its stock (to all shareholders of record as of the closing date) for every four shares of VTPI.
