well that's what you do very cleverly.. "If" this happens or "if" that happens the sky will come falling down... Well "if" Robinson-Humphries is successful in their mission, the NTA and all the other issues you raise will NOT be issues. I believe Robinson Humphries will be successful, and soon (within 6 weeks or so)..you believe it's all BS as you have described it. Excuse me for the mis-quote, you call it "unadulterated BS".
