Directors make loans? Convertible debentures? That would be sweet. Private placements? And no financial disclosure? The opportunities for mischief are uncountable here. No wonder they haven't filed. Certainly to their benefit to not file until they are forced to. Then they can pretty much do as they want by releasing PR's to move the price, or pay newsletters to tout their shares. Or even pay chat room participants to promote their stock.
