I have no knowledge about Larry Roof, except to note that he is a consultant developing applications in the hand held market. As to the commercial potential of these products he is developing for PABN/PRWT so little detail is actually known about the products or the business arrangements that it is difficult for me to assess the value of the effort to shareholders. I suppose that Larry can answer for himself as to why he is involved with PABN. I would note that I have not implied that Charles Vaccarro is part of the mob. I leave it for you to decide for yourself on that score. On the basis of what has been unearthed, it appears to me that Gold Country Securities is a recycled remnant of Greenway Capital. To what extent the problems of Greenway Capital carry over is not known, but require careful inquiry. Charles is the guy in charge of this effort.
