Lucky, as I have said before, and as you will now afford me the opportunity to say again, the issue is not their filing per se. Though certainly that is red flag enough for many people, it is their credibility in their announcements on the progress of actually filing. They have a very poor record in their attitude about filing financials. (See: #reply-9618793) PS: New companies file financials all the time. There is no great mystery to it. Surely you are not so ignorant of what is in a Form 10 filing as to think that highly relevant info would not be present even for the newest of companies.
