Now, now, you're changing the substance of your own bet. The original proposal was that Maybe those well touted financials can destroy you little band of merry men??? Now you're trying to say that the bet is the mere act of filing. The Company has to file a complete Form 10, and respond to any affirmative requests from the SEC before it becomes a Section 12 reporting company. The financials are everything in that Form 10. I'm betting that if they do file, there will be enough in there to give jhild bragging rights for many a long age. Your call. p.s. NO FAIR - You're editing (g)
