Note the arbitrary price decreases
and how some investors were frightened
into selling. Also, note that it took
relatively few purchases to raise the
offer from 8.500 to 9.125. Prices
should increase dramatically when the
shorts start covering their positions.

The stock buyback being discussed will
really put pressure on the shorts and
should stop the panic selling. When
TLC's 10-K is filed this week, we might
see even more activity.
