Bird..I don't think CRI's shares can be shorted or held long until they begin trading? Remember VTPI has no "spin-off" shares, the only additional shares that you'll get will be 1 share of CRI for every 4 that you own (record date close today) of VTPI soon to be IVOC.. I think that's how it all goes...Anyway we've now got the anticipation of VTIP/IVOC breaking the barrier between pennies and $$$'s, and the "spun-off CRI which, as I understand, is still very involved with GSA and Lockheed Martin potentially turing over some sizable sales in the not so distant future.. tbc...VTPI/IVOC/CRI Best, TJG P.S.
