Actually, I do think he listed all the required information and I think the NASD thoroughly investigated him, his past and his answers. Do you really think the NASD just accepts the information on those applications that are submitted as 'gospel truth' just because they know no one in the broker biz would ever lie to anyone? Do you really think the NASD are the fools you suggest they must be? Are you really as naive as your questions here suggest? You can pass off my comments as whacky conspiracy theories...
