The body of evidence of harassment of the investors here seems to be building, with hardly a let up. As I recall, harassment is against the rules around here. I wonder what would happen if members and non-members alike were to review jhild's contributions here and copy any and all examples they felt constituted harassment to the webmistress with a copy of the paragraph in the Terms of Use which states that harassment is one of the offences which can get one suspended or even kicked off SI.
Being obsessed with harassing the investors here means there are several thousands of examples for people to choose from. I can imagine what it would be like for 50 or 100 people to spend a few hours sending 10 to 20 examples each to the webmistress. Each example post would have to be all by itself of course so it could be judged on its own merits.
In fairness I have to say that there has been a bit of a turn away from the dark side by jhild today. Or maybe its just wishful thinking on my part. I really do wish he would choose to join the rest of us in a mature discussion of the company and leave behind the insults and childish suggestions of massive incompetence and even conspiracy to defraud on the part of NASD and SEC regulators. As though any of us would believe for one second that kind of nonsense.
He demonstrated in a post to me that he can choose to discuss this company without lies and without insults. My response to him proved that he is in control of how we respond to him, and that we are not manipulating him.
I see things working out one of three possible ways:
1. (this one is the choice I'd choose if it was up to me to choose for him) jhild decides to start acting like an adult and join with us in a mature and reasonable debate of facts and ideas. Of course since he has used up all his 'chances' as it were, he'd have to be mature enough to rise above others who may get carried away. A lot to ask, but if he is in any sense superior (I mean that in a complimentary way), then he would just have to actually be superior.
2. He decides this sandbox is just no fun anymore and leaves us to our fate. I'm sure we'd let him go in peace.
3. He decides not to participate in a mature discussion nor will he go away, so we let the webmistress know about the harassment.
I am confident that the webmistress will be able to evaluate, without prejudice, the merits of any such complaint and will be fair. I'm sure she would not let the fact that thousands and thousands of posts that would have otherwise been posted publicly were sent by SI members to each other via email. Thereby reducing the number of posts here, the quality of the discussion to trivial off-topic subjects, and thereby depriving SI of a significant amount of advertising revenue, all because people have wanted for 10 months to participate in a mature discussion of this company, good, bad, up, down, doubts and hopes but could not because of jhild would not allow it.
I'm sure that would not enter her mind at all. I know it wouldn't enter mine.
