It seems to me that many people got into
VTPI this week for the free shares
and will therefore sell VTPI on
Monday.

From what I have been reading, you don't get free shares
unless you hold VTPI shares until a certain date.
If that is the case, then there is no sense in selling
on Monday. But a lot of people may not realize this.
Also, yes, THE CONTRACT!!!
