First, thank you to those who replied to some of my points.
I still regret that none of you replied to all of my points.
Skip, I like to play with words as much as you do, but, in that case,
you did not bring much to the quality of our discussion.
If repeating an insult is your best argument, please be aware that
you will not convince anyone of your superiority.

I feel the need to mention these posts because some tortuous minds
I have confronted in the past think the "truth" vanishes as the posts
that expose it further decline in the list of recent posts.

You make sense.
I also think ACTV has the best opportunity, but it does not mean
anything. For a long time, Microsoft did not have the best technology,
but they captured their market anyway.
In Internet time, you may be the best suited entity one day, and
totally outdated 2 weeks later.
However, I appreciate that you do not take hype for gold.

Well, my belief is that ACTV's patents are worth $12 a share and not
more than that. ACTV without its patents is worth nothing.
[Warning: Obviously, this is only my opinion, based on the fact that
a small group of developers, collocated in a building and depending
on a technology (the Java TV API) that is very immature, can easily
be replaced.]
This being said, if I think I may buy at $12 a share, why would I
waste my money buying at $16 a share?

As far as AT&T's little game goes, please "do your own research,"
since whatever I will post will be subject to the doubtful attitude
of a number of people.
So, please use a news service that allows you to
search press releases by ticker or in full text, and check by
yourself.
It's dangerous to only read what comes your way.
Finally, thank you to all of you, for spending some time "really"
discussing the potential and future of ACTV.
It is a clear change compared to the constant promoting techniques
some of you practice so well.
