As far as I know, Panamerican bought 400 million shares of PRWT in a private deal from an investment company in California.

PRWT had nothing Nada before march of 1998 .

I don't know what they paid for the 400 million shares.

The total outstanding was between 540 million and 609 million.

The first time I actually called the TA was in late summer and it was 609 million

The authorized was 750 million.

PRWT did not own the patents to those Video phones.

A company Prior to PABN tried to merge with the PRWT shell to market those video phones.

I think that PABN was going to / Is going to try to make use of the phones. Not sure. Don't care about the phone thingy.

Last I checked the Authorized was up to 1.1 billion.

What it is now, I don't know. Someone else can call the TA. I fiigure they have me on call block anyway.

Perfectly honest.

With OTC stocks....

Ignore the fundamentals and subscribe to my Chaos theory.

When everything is hitting the fan (Real or imagined) Buy, when the blood is running.

When Euphoria is spreading and the OTC stock is being called the next General Electric. Start selling.

Maybe it isn't a politically correct system. and maybe, just maybe I am a tick, but...hey it works for me.

Plus....always buy the big boy stocks too.
