In all honesty, I think complaining would do little good, but you would probably complain to the tech support guys.

If you think about it, the system being down affects a lot of people and costs a lot of money across the board. If they are any good, and I believe they are, internally they are flying around like nuts right now trying to get it back up. I would think they take the system being down very seriously and probably more so that some of the traders as it cost them reputation and dollars. The reputation end being more important as a good rep leads to dollars.

If there is a way to get it fixed they will do so.

I am curious why no emails on it though. I have emailed support regarding that. Usually they are prompt and responsible about emailing problems so we always know where we stand. The fact that we have not received an email regarding the status this morning is more disturbing to me than the system being down. I have a level of confidence in knowing that I would get an email if the system was down so I trade accordingly. When no email comes, then I begin to question the confidence through-out the day....you know what I mean?
