No, people expect stunt men or circus performers to risk injury or in this case death, but the fact that the crowd thought it was part of the show. That makes it funny. Are you saying WWF is too respectful to fake an injury for ratings, or to try to legitimize their "sport"? I'll bet as they were carrying him off fans were shouting for him to shake it off and get back in there. Yes this belongs in the Darwin category, I guess to call it humor is questionable. What joke doesn't humiliate or be-little someone? Is this the "Politically correct joke thread"? BTW, your double standards are funny too!
