Hi Bernie, As the swelling has gone down, I've been able to breathe and swallow easier. However this collar gets real old at nap time. Haven't really found a good method of sleeping yet. Maybe tonight. I've done neck and low back traction for a long time. Made up my own neck gizmo when the velcro and strap thing proved to be uncomfortable. Probably should have pattented it! Low back traction I do on one of those inclined sit-up benches. Gee, maybe that's where I should sleep. Maybe break 5' by next week!! Well, it's down to the Bat Cave, Robin! Best regards, Tom
