Well the only thing that is missing in your statement is that these kinds of multiple corporate entities are created for a reason. For a business contractual reason. All ColleenB seems to be doing is to question these reasons. The point here in case you missed it is Why? Maybe we should take your blissfulness as a clue to the depth of your thoughtfulness on this issue.
