He said they had over 1000 calls, so if you're one of them, hang tight, it's taking them a while to get through to everyone. 1. Projected revenues on the ADP contract cannot be disclosed due to the fact ADP doesn't allow their vendors to disclose that info. He recommended I call ADP and see if they would provide the info. 2. Fully reporting to SEC: They currently have certified financials and the final paperwork should be ready in about two weeks (don't hold them to this!!). At that time, they will file their financials with SEC to be fully reporting. He said they are on the "fast track" to get all this done. 3. CRI: In order to receive free shares in CRI you had to have bought your VTPI shares NLT 5-18-99 (Sorry). They have filed for symbol, and trading permission about a week ago. Due to the holiday Monday, it may take another 7-8 business days from today. Value of CRI: He said that the MMs will determine the opening price of the stock on the first day of its trading, and supply and demand will take it from there. I asked if they would set it at the same price as VTPI and he said it's possible but he wouldn't even venture a guess at this point. 4. Filing for NASDAQ: Yes, probably at the same time that they file their financials as fully reporting with SEC. 5. Earnings and revenues: Not allowed to disclose until financials have been officially released. Optimistic about the future and said the President would be coming forth with projections once they get everything else in order. 6. IVOC ticker change: Same as CRI. Another week to ten days. 7. Next PR release: Not allowed to disclose. Considered insider information, but should be VERY SOON! 8. Fiscal year/quarters: They are using the calendar year as fiscal year. 2nd quarter end will be 6-30-99. 9. BIG STUFF He kept reaffirming that iVoice.com is very shareholder oriented and will be very forthcoming with news and events (lots of PRs). He also stated that the owners are VERY YOUNG (most under or around 40) and have a lot of vision for expanding the company and making it successful. 10. Investment bankers: They are currently interviewing a number of investment bankers so if you know of a good one that is on the East coast, have them give VTPI a call at 732-441-7700. They have had three calls just today from interested investment bankers and are trying to find one that best fits their needs. They are interviewing one from Florida on Friday (he's flying up to visit them). Well, I hope this makes everyone feel a bit better. I know I do (not that I ever felt actually bad)!! Good luck!
