Charles, my mistake. I just assume that there are people like the NASD MM's that can effect/control/set the price of stocks on the NYSE. I would be very much surprised if this was not true.

I am almost positive that there are special trades negotiated. I don't trust the system. Do you think that the average trader has the same pull, on the floor of the NYSE, as the power traders?
