Mr. Doyle has been working diligently on the bank. We are on schedule and look to have a pre-filing meeting in the near future. panambancorp.com Skboates, that is the last that has been heard of any progress on the "bank". That was dated 5/11/99. As far as can be told that meeting hasn't even been held. (Rumours of such bank application, disclosure, investigation, qualification, acceptance or formation notwithstanding.)
