For any interested, here is the application form that PANB/PRWT must fill out to submit to the OTS to get approval. (See: ots.treas.gov ) The capital requirements aren't that great actually. They are currently looking like assets of $2million in pledged deposits according to my reading of things. The qualifications of the Principals and the Directors might give Charles Vaccaro a problem due to his Chapter 7 filing a few years back, but I suspect that he won't be listed on the application the way they have structured this swirl of companies. But that itself may become a problem insofar as disclosure is concerned. Btw, with regard to your comment about my not providing new information here: ".....with actual new information posted on the thread... When may I expect that you will make a contribution other than ragging on those that would ask questions here? Huh, Mr. Kettle-Pot?
