Having said this, I must question your underlying motive behind your posts (might I say repeated posts). It is obvious to me that you either have a personal vendetta against MJ or you are looking to either cover your short position around the $1 mark or to load up at said level.
By the way, just curious, ..., why would someone want to buy shares in a company with a CEO they do not have confidence in? Even if the stock is trading in the 0.50 - 0.75 range? There are way too many very rewarding opportunities out there... why get stuck with a management you lack confidence in? Do you honestly believe that MJ with his 3,500,000 escrowed shares will be replaced as CEO? Now, now I'm sure you very well know that even with a 241 there is no way a provincial court will intervene in the company affairs. You seem to be too intelligent to not know that, am I wrong in assuming that Special One ?
