DoubleClick in pact with CBS Marketwatch

NEW YORK, June 1 (Reuters) - Internet advertising company DoubleClick inc. said it had
struck an international sales partnership with online financial news Web site
Marketwatch.com Inc. (Nasdaq:MKTW - news) that expands on an earlier relationship.

The sales alliance, which is effective in Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan, allows CBS
Marketwatch.com to leverage Doubleclick's international sales force, Doubleclick said.

As part of the deal, Marketwatch can use DoubleClick's dynamic advertising reporting target (DART) to manage a global buy
and achieve localised ad targeting.

''DoubleClick's local sales force in each country will maximize revenue for CBS Marketwatch.com in major Internet
advertising markets and strengthen their international position,'' DoubleClick International President Barry Salzman said in a
statement.

Marketwatch.com Sales Vice President Scott Mclernon said DoubleClick's solutions were '' a good complement'' to the
company's editorial coverage in London, Tokyo and other major cities.
