When you start a Federal Thrift or are employed by one you must submit to a full FBI background check. I have worked for a Savings and Loan in the past and could not start until the FBI did a background check and cleared me. They will not approve a Thrift application until John has been cleared. They are just making sure he hasn't been convicted of a federal crime or been involved in any past financial institutions that may have had a criminal investigation. John/PABN will have fiduciary (trustworthy) responsibility for someone else's money. Would you (jhild) leave your hard earned money in a financial institution that has not gone through a full investigation. I would not.

Your comments are just another lie that you are spreading about this company. I hope they take you to court for your slandering comments.

And one more thing, since this is a JOINT venture between PABN and FirstStates, they have not disclosed the name of the new Thrift. You will not find it anywhere until the investigation is complete and then you must know the name of the venture to research it further. Research, something not in your vocabulary.
