That is your feeble attempt to implicate me something that never happened. I only said that I don't believe things are operating on your time frame, remember? Maybe you don't know the process (well, actually, you really don't, admit it) and maybe the background checks that must be completed are submitted prior to applying or are in conjunction with an application.
