M.Frank where Dines speaks of 22 mil shares he is taking in the year 2000.So we can take it to mean A-It is a misprintB-There are more upcoming equity financing deals,or C-An upcoming Stock Split.My personal opinion(not based on fact)INTA with a Small float of around 8 mil must spilt to increase liqiudity for mutuals to come in and buy not to knock price up to much ,before major deals are announced.
