It worse than that they had the nerve to call again later in the day. I see no other course of action than to call the SEC and see what can be done about this. You can tell if you listen closely that they are a boiler room operation.
I think from now on rather than listen to them I will ask them to hold and leave them sitting until they hang up. The one thing they proably hate the most is silence.
