The most likely time appears to be some time early next month, but the first significant low last September/October could give us the low sooner..... If this level actually holds, then we have it now and early... this is construed as bullish, but I'm still kinda expecting the other shoe to drop..... the chart pattern is favorable for a rally, so I have to be long, but I'm as surprised as anyone that these markets have not collapsed with rates moving higher..... GZ
