Just wanted to let you all know that John has just gotten back from Buenos Aires. It seems we will be doing mortgages there very soon. should have a pr on this in near future. Also the last of the papers went in to the lawyers for the franchising deal on IT. We could be selling franchises within the next 2-3 weeks. The process for the Federal Thrift is going along on schedule. this is a long process and probably won't see anything on it till Sept at the earliest. John has meetings in Washington D.C. next week in regards to this. But he said all is going well with it and no snags have been hit so far. I asked if they had formerly applied. He told me that all of what is being done has to be done as per Federal Gov. rules before a formal application is made. He went into much detail about this application procedure which went right over my head. so I suggest if you need any details you contact him yourselves.
