June 4 (Reuters) - ING Barings on Friday said it raised its rating on Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq:CHKP - news) to buy from hold. -- Check Point shares were at 47 in early trade, up three. -- The Tel Aviv, Israel-based computer network security firm on Thursday told analysts it exceeded its own ''internal business plan'' by over 20 percent during the first five months of 1999, ING Baring's Todd Raker said.
