IPO pushed back to 3rd quarter Meanwhile lowestfare.com is advertising like mad. Currently Nielsen Net Ratings has lowestfare the TOP advertiser on the web in the week ended May 30, 1999. There's often an ad campaign before IPO these days - so much for a 'queit period'. Whether the ad campaign is sustained after the event is open to question.
