"I would like to say thanks to all for making this one of the best threads on SI

What do you mean "one of the best"? <VBG>

Unfortunately I can't answer your question about the restricted shares. Perhaps someone else on this board can give you the answer.

It's good to here from another long time (a year or more) shareholder. BTW, I think your right .... the summer will be HOT!

My guess is that you will receive 200 unrestricted shares to go with the 200 restricted shares you have. My understanding is, however, that the restriction on your shares has been lifted. (The restriction on the private placement shares has been) If this is true you will need to send your shares to the TA, along with the required fee, so that they can reissue you unrestricted shares. With the old TA the fee was $15 as I recall. I'm sure Keith will get you the exact response, so don't rely on me as the gospel - it was just time I said something again. Rich.

Exon, My Plaintiff shares were never restricted. I just sent them
to my broker an he but them in my account.
The Preferred shares still are, until SB2 is filed.
My guess, is you'll receive a certificate for 200 more common, If your are holding you Certificate. ---Sweez

The restriction is lifted, all you have to do is send the restricted shares to the transfer agent and they will send you back an unrestricted certificate.

I dont have the TA info in front of me but maybe some one will be kind enough to post that for you.
